My daughter Bali Bare has just launched a crowd-funding campaign for her patent-pending product – the OCTOPURSE! Bali is now 7 but this idea has been brewing for a couple of years. At just 5 years old, Bali came up with an idea to solve a problem – her dad’s hands were hurting from holding so many grocery bags! She drew the initial design for an ergonomic handle with 8 hook arms, and provided creative direction to a design team to come up with a final product.
